Pregnant woman and six children tortured to death by 'satanic' group in Panama

A pregnant woman and five of her children are among seven people who have been killed in a suspected exorcism in Panama.

The victims, who were from an indigenous community, were rounded up by 10 lay preachers before being tortured, beaten, burned and hacked with machetes to make them "repent for their sins".

JUST IN: Imo Governor-Elect Hope Uzodinma orders banks to freeze Imo State accounts

Nigeria - The governor-elect of Imo State, Senator Hope Uzodinma, has issued an order freezing all bank accounts belonging to the state government.

According to an ‘Order of Post No Debit’ issued by Director-General, Hope Uzodinma’s Campaign Organisation, Chief Cosmas Iwu, to all financial institutions and the Accountant-General of Imo State, no bank is to honour any transaction from the government of Chief Emeka Ihedioha or his officials.
